Job Description - Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Officer to join our team at Nike. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level employee, we require at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with efficiency and empathy - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Adaptable and reliable - Presentation and leadership skills - High school diploma or equivalent
