Customer Care Representative

Raymond James Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an entry-level position, no years of experience are required; we are looking for confident and motivated individuals with excellent planning and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about our products and services - Processing customer orders and payments - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be legally authorized to work in the US
