Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team at CDW in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team environment - Research and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction - Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Assist in training and coaching new team members

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for customer care - Excellent research skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries - Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
