Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Care Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with policy-related questions. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with a strong sense of resilience and confidence, as well as excellent communication and research skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and courteous manner - Understand and address customer needs, providing accurate information and solutions - Process policy changes, payments, and other transactions as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong research skills to quickly find and provide accurate information to customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment - Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends - Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
