Job Description:


As a Customer Care Representative at LKQ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service industry while working remotely.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. - Providing information about products and services, including pricing and availability. - Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently. - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
