Job Description - Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at Salesforce.com, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while working from the comfort of your own home. You will be assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of customer service experience at the Associate level.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Provide product and service information to customers and assist with troubleshooting technical issues. 6. Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and suggestions for improvement. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics.


Requirements: 1. 4+ years of customer service experience. 2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 3. Confidence and energy to engage with customers effectively. 4. Soft skills in project management and innovation. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using customer service tools and software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
