Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


HP is looking for a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate for this role will be resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer care.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify patterns in customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and passionate about delivering exceptional customer care. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Experience with strategic planning and presentation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
