Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Hanesbrands is looking for a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and be driven and passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Identify and escalate any recurring issues to management for resolution - Assist in creating and updating customer service policies and procedures - Provide feedback on ways to improve customer service processes and systems - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Proven problem-solving and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
