Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Darden Restaurants, one of the leading restaurant companies in the US, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone 2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records 4. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service 6. Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise 7. Provide support to the management team as needed

Requirements: 1. Reliable and independent worker with excellent communication skills 2. Strong critical thinking and strategic planning abilities 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Proficiency in basic computer skills and cash handling 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment 6. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
