Job Description - Remote Customer Service Assistant

As a Remote Customer Service Assistant at Owens & Minor in Seattle, Washington, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 2. Providing product information and assistance with orders. 3. Processing customer returns and exchanges. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures. 7. Providing feedback to improve customer service processes.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Resilient and able to work independently. 4. Ability to cooperate with team members and effectively manage interactions with customers. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
