Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Seaboard is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, California. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, confident, and possesses excellent planning and time management skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Use customer service software to track and monitor customer interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure - Adaptable and confident in dealing with different customer scenarios - Excellent planning and time management skills
