Job Description:
Leucadia National is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services offered by the company to effectively address customer needs. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for customers. 6. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve complex customer issues. 7. Conduct research as needed to provide customers with accurate information and solutions. 8. Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. 9. Assist in updating and maintaining customer databases with accurate and up-to-date information. 10. Contribute to the overall success of the customer service team by meeting and exceeding performance goals.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and problem-solve effectively. 7. Must be motivated and reliable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. 8. Knowledge of customer service best practices and techniques. 9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively. 10. Experience in a retail or e-commerce customer service environment is a plus.
