Job Description:
PBF Energy is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
As a Remote Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your main tasks will include responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you must be motivated and adaptable, able to handle a fast-paced work environment and quickly adjust to changing priorities. You should also possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner - Process customer orders and payments accurately - Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer service
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience working remotely is a plus - Soft skills in innovation and planning - Must be located in San Diego, California
