Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Broadcom is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to work remotely from San Jose, California. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will possess a confident and driven personality, as well as strong critical thinking and time management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information and solutions to customers’ issues or concerns. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 7. Confident and driven personality. 8. Strong critical thinking and time management skills.
