Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Customer Service Associate to join our team at Walgreens Boots Alliance in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude - Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchasing decisions - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service preferred - Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent
