Job Description:
Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, confident, possess strong critical thinking skills, and be adept at strategic planning.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of new strategies. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service. 7. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 8. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
