Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate at PG&E Corp. in San Jose, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person - Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and service requests - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and resilient attitude towards challenging situations - Attention to detail and strong project management skills - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
