Job Description:
Capital One Financial is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information to customers and promote company services - Document all customer interactions accurately in our system - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong teamwork and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work remotely and independently - High school diploma or equivalent
