Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Fidelity National Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and independent, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service 6. Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work independently and in a team setting 4. Persuasion skills to effectively address customer concerns 5. Strong analytical skills to identify and solve customer issues 6. High school diploma or equivalent
