Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


United Technologies is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, driven, possess strong project management skills, and have excellent communication abilities.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the customer service team and ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues - Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and onboard new team members - Drive customer satisfaction and retention metrics


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in customer service management - Excellent project management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
