Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Dick’s Sporting Goods is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team to ensure exceptional service is provided to all customers. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and mentor team members to provide excellent customer service - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and problem solve - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Must be driven and results-oriented
