Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

UiPath is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and effective manner - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience - Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve customer service skills - Compile and present reports on customer service performance to senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proven experience in customer service management - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Presentation skills
