Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team at Graybar Electric in Columbus, Ohio. As a Customer Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Train new employees on customer service best practices - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer service management role - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
