Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Manager at Viacom, located in Phoenix, Arizona, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients. You will work part-time in a mid-to-senior level role, requiring at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the customer service team to deliver exceptional service to clients. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Energetic and confident personality traits. 5. Strong persuasion and research skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 7. Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools.
