Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Target is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager based in San Francisco, California, to join our dynamic team. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service, you will play a crucial role in leading our customer service team to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor key performance indicators and implement initiatives to drive performance improvement - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer service team - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 6+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and driving customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions - Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment - Independent and capable of taking initiative to drive results
