Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Alliance Data Systems is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service department and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Train and mentor customer service staff on best practices and customer service techniques - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Dedicated and motivated with a passion for customer satisfaction - Excellent planning and persuasion skills
