Job Description:


Broadcom is seeking a Customer Service Manager to work remotely from Fort Worth, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving processes to optimize efficiency.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 3. Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback for improvement. 4. Resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance. 8. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. 9. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a remote team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Independent and passionate about customer satisfaction. 6. Strong negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 7. Experience working in a global setting is a plus. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools. 9. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
