Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Johnson Controls is looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team in New York City, New York on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information and assistance - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay current on company products and services - Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and needs - Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate


Requirements: - 3 years of customer service experience - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong people management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
