Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Owens-Illinois, a global leader in glass container manufacturing, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in San Diego, California. Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat messages. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Process orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies. 4. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database. 7. Assist in generating sales leads and following up on potential opportunities. 8. Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits to effectively navigate challenging situations. 2. Strong cooperation and negotiation skills to build positive relationships with customers. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4.
