Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns. 6. Meet established performance metrics for quality and productivity. 7. Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies.
