AECOM is seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate reliability in all aspects of their work.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain customer records and documentation in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues - Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong time management skills - Demonstrated leadership skills - Independent and reliable personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
