Job Description:


HCA Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Columbus, Ohio, US. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing information about products and services to customers - Processing orders and managing customer accounts - Communicating effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Making informed decisions to address customer needs and concerns - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education a plus
