Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Charter Communications is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients while working remotely. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role who is adaptable and resourceful.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers - Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Providing information about our products and services - Processing orders and payments accurately - Maintaining customer records and updating databases - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Adaptability and resourcefulness - Excellent communication skills - Strong leadership skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - High school diploma or equivalent
