Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resilient and adaptable, with strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person - Provide information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay current on product knowledge and company policies - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities - Decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
