Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide accurate and efficient assistance to customers regarding product information, orders, and issue resolution. 3. Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed. 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Reliability and motivation to provide exceptional customer service. 2. Strong communication and presentation skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
