Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

PPL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work from home in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and energetic with strong people management and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
