Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Seaboard is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all interactions with customers in a detailed and organized manner - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
