Staples, a leading office supply retailer, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to work from home in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate should be reliable, energetic, and possess strong soft skills in project management and innovation.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may have - Provide top-notch customer service by actively listening to customers, empathizing with their concerns, and finding effective solutions - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
