Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Work from home

As a Customer Service Representative at Humana, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from your home in Los Angeles, California. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, reliable, innovative, and have strong strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Providing accurate information about Humana's products and services - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - 1+ year experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
