Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Bank of America Corp. This part-time position is based in Washington, D.C., US and is at the Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, energetic, have excellent time management skills, and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and resolving their inquiries effectively - Educate customers on our products and services and assist with account-related inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Comfortable with handling high volumes of customer inquiries
