Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Wyndham Worldwide in San Jose, California. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required, but at least 1 year of experience is preferred.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and changes to their bookings - Handle complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets


Requirements: - Adaptable and motivated personality - Strong planning and organizational skills - Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and empathize with customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Basic computer and data entry skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
