Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a hardworking and resourceful Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Stripe in Denver, Colorado. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with account inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Meet and exceed key performance indicators and service level agreements


Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individuals who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership of customer inquiries and follow through to resolution - Excellent persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and influence their decisions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent
