Job Description:

Bed Bath & Beyond in Dallas, Texas is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a leading retailer in the home goods industry, our company is committed to providing exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is resourceful, reliable, and possesses excellent communication and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy - Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and organized store environment - Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining visual displays - Participate in training to stay current on products and promotions - Contribute to a positive work culture and environment

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or retail - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively - Must be resourceful and reliable - Basic computer skills - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds - Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - A commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices
