Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Jarden in San Francisco, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues - Consistently meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to effectively manage customer relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
