Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Starbucks is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Customer Service Specialist at Starbucks, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all patrons of our coffee shops. This role is part-time, entry level, and requires no prior experience.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with any inquiries or requests - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Upsell products and promote new offerings to customers - Work as a team player to ensure the smooth operation of the store
