Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Tenneco is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services - Handle customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Conduct research to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong attention to detail and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
