Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Telephone & Data Systems is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an entry-level position, no previous experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are energetic, dedicated, and possess excellent cooperation and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues - Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of customer service activities - Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members - Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong teamwork and cooperation abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Must be able to work flexible hours
