Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Occidental Petroleum is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, independent, and possesses strong problem-solving and people management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in generating reports and analyzing customer data. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required. 6. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 7. Must be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software.
