Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Specialist at Sears Holdings in Austin, Texas, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to all clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, purchasing decisions, and issue resolution - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Use critical thinking skills to solve complex customer issues - Manage difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment - Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking skills - Ability to manage people effectively - Comfortable working in a data-driven environment - Must be able to work in a team setting and independently - High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred - Experience in retail or customer service preferred - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
