Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Deere is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide assistance and address any questions or concerns - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and improve overall service delivery - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers - Assist with special projects and initiatives to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation and leadership abilities - Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - High school diploma or equivalent required
